İhracatçı İşletmelerde Rekabet Avantajını Şekillendiren Dinamik Yetenekler: Dijital Liderlik ve Dijital Olgunluk

Dijitalleşme, günümüz iş dünyasında işletmelerin rekabet dinamiklerini yeniden şekillendirerek, dijital liderlik ve dijital olgunluk kavramlarını, firmaların hızlı çevresel değişimlere adaptasyon yeteneklerini güçlendiren ve yenilikçi kapasiteyi artıran stratejik araçlar olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı, Konya’da faaliyet gösteren ihracatçı işletmelerde dijital liderliğin rekabet avantajı üzerindeki etkisini ve bu etkide dijital olgunluğun aracılık rolünü incelemektir. Araştırmada anket yönteminden yararlanılmış, veri toplama aracı olarak literatürde geçerliliği ve güvenilirliği kanıtlanmış ölçekler kullanılmıştır. 10 Haziran-30 Ağustos 2025 tarihleri arasında çevrimiçi olarak toplanan 406 geçerli veri, SPSS 23.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, dijital liderliğin hem doğrudan rekabet avantajını artırdığını hem de dijital olgunluk aracılığıyla bu etkiyi güçlendirdiğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca dijital liderliğin dijital olgunluk düzeyini anlamlı biçimde artırdığı, dijital olgunluğun da rekabet avantajı üzerinde belirleyici rol oynadığı tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, ihracatçı firmaların sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı elde etmesinde dijital liderlik ve dijital olgunluğun stratejik önemini ortaya koymaktadır.
