Algoritmik Güç ve Dijital Demokrasinin Aşınması: Türkiye’nin Yeni Nesil Egemenlik Sınavı

Bu çalışma, dijital platformların algoritmik yapılarının demokratik süreçler üzerindeki dönüştürücü etkisini, Carole Cadwalladr’ın "dijital darbe" kavramı üzerinden analiz etmektedir. Türkiye örneğine odaklanan makale, platform kapitalizminin veri odaklı iş modellerinin kamusal alanı nasıl daralttığını ve seçmen iradesini mikro-hedefleme yoluyla nasıl manipüle ettiğini tartışmaktadır. Nitel veri analizi ve literatür taramasına dayanan çalışma, Türkiye'deki sosyal medya bağımlılığı, bilgi bozukluğu ve düşük haber güveni verilerini demokrasinin yapısal erozyonuyla ilişkilendirmektedir. Çalışma, "algoritmik şeffaflık" ve "dijital egemenlik" kavramları üzerinden Türkiye için yeni bir politika haritası önermektedir.
