The effects of infectious diseases, which are one of the most painful, indescribable and difficult times from the past to the present, are indisputable. Communicable diseases affect and affect the lives of people living in institutions, both in societies and institutions. The effects of one of these diseases, COVID-19, have a great impact on people's living practices as well as working practices. This study is handled in this context and the effects of the pandemic on working life were carried out to examine the distance education activities in the academy. In this context, the changing attitudes during and after the pandemic were examined within the framework of four periods. The findings of the study were supported by the literature and suggestions for future research were presented.
